Christopher Fraser is a Junior Partner with The Dweck Law Firm, LLP. Mr. Fraser joined the firm as a first-year associate over a decade ago and has spent his career litigating a diverse range of civil matters representing individuals and businesses in state and federal court. He has tried cases to verdict for both the plaintiff and defense.

Mr. Fraser is an effective advocate who is able to find common ground with judges, jurors, witnesses and opposing counsel to achieve the outcome desired by his clients. He is also a tough nosed litigator who earns the respect of his adversaries for his unwavering fight and superior writing ability.

Mr. Fraser’s practice includes personal injury lawsuits, employment discrimination matters, breach of contract claims, actions for specific performance, property damage claims including environmental contamination, adjoining property disputes and access agreements, business disputes and insurance coverage claims.
