H. P. Sean Dweck has been with the firm since his graduation from law school. His practice focuses on civil litigation with a large percentage of his practice in the area of employment litigation. He has litigated numerous cases involving employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, restrictive covenants, breach of contracts and other employment related claims in both the state and federal courts.

Mr. Dweck’s practice also consists of commercial litigation, including matters involving real estate disputes, contract disputes, business disputes, as well as personal injury litigation.

Mr. Dweck has litigated cases from inception through trial. He has argued and appeared in both state and federal courts, and has numerous reported decisions.

Mr. Dweck is an AV rated attorney and is listed on Martindale-Hubbell’s register of Preeminent Lawyers. Mr. Dweck received the highest ratings from Martindale-Hubbell with respect to legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability and legal experience.
